First - we handcraft marshmallows from scratch in small batches - then, we toast them to the high heavens. Next, we make premium vanilla home-made ice cream - then - we blend in those handcrafted marshmallows - then we layer it all up with our signature homemade ganache - and graham crust - and voila! You have yourself a treat that says 'Heck ya! It's SUMMER time!' -
I'm always amazed by how great these taste - I think somehow or another - we've all gotten used to mass produced, low quality food. When you taste something that is made with REAL ingredients - small batch - with care and love - WOW -
We only make these once or twice a year - and they are only available at our summer Local Pop Ups. Stock up whilst you can!
