My name is Nikki Miller and I am the new owner and purveyor of sweetness! As many of you know I am continuing the amazing tradition that so many loved for years! I learned to cook and bake from my mom and grandmother. Some of my best memories were spending time with them in the kitchen. I remember tasting the love they put in everything they made for me. I felt that same love the first time I had a S’more from MW’s! Everyone has a story. . I want to continue to share how Mother Wilma’s was born. The story below is how Jayme Goffin, the OG Mother Wilma brought this amazing business to life………. I stumbled across a recipe on making gourmet marshmallows 15 years ago. My first efforts were epic failures, but I was already hooked, and soon a love of mallow-making took hold! Over the years, as I practiced and refined my own marshmallow recipe, friends and family would request them for holiday gifts, birthday presents, or even just for themselves. I loved seeing how happy everyone felt from my homespun, homemade marshmallows. Now these handcrafted marshmallows are available to everyone. I am humbled and proud that they have earned me the designation of Indiana Artisan. We will continue to use the best ingredients, but most important pour our heart and soul in every item we make! Rest assured, there is still no high fructose corn syrup, no GMO sugars, or fake ingredients. There's real fruit, real chocolate, real ingredients, and loads of real love! |
